Lenovo TP T500, Win7Pro 32. Speakers stopped working

[ Edited ]

Hi!

Lenovo TP T500, Win7Pro 32. There was a problem with the integrated speakers. Yesterday worked fine. Then, after a conversation on Skype through a wired headset from the integrated speakers sound stopped going. Through headphones the sound is fine. All tests are integrated speakers through the control panel are normal, no errors shown. But the sound of them is not. That is, I have created the absolute impression that the laptop "thinks" as if the headset is still activated. What will advise?

Make sure if you haven't done so already to press and hold (for a few seconds) the volume UP button on the top row of the keyboard.  It's usually pretty close to the blue ThinkVantage butoon.

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately, the cause of the problem is not exactly the point. The buttons control the sounds that are located near the blue key ThinkVantage, work fine. Generally speaking, I guess it's rather a hardware problem (for example, blocked any contact in the socket for the headphones).
But there is little hope that maybe is not the problem, but in any conflict with the settings. :smileyhappy:
