New T500 have modem WWAN?

I bought t500(model 2055 CTO). Have T500 modem WWAN? In Control Panel I have in device modem Ericsson, but man from Lenovo said mi that T500 never have modem. It is true? It possible that i have not modem WWAN even though I have it device in Control Panel?

The Ericsson card is the WWAN card for ATT/Cingular broadband service. So yes, your unit has WWAN.
