PrivacyIconClient.exe & User Notification Service

I use my ThinkPad for Home and Personal use, and am looking to save resources by disabling anything I definitely don't use.

 

I disabled the Intel AMT in the BIOS.

 

The next highest memory use item that appears I have no need for is PrivacyIconClient.exe

 

It appears to be part of the Intel AMT

There is a "User Notification Service" involved.   Is this related to the Lenovo updates?

 

 

Where would I disable the Privacy Icon Client exe?
