So the engineer who attended last week did not put the laptop back properly. The screws are in but he did not put the caps back on the screws.
What do I do? Do I phone Lenovo warranty and tell them this happen and ask them for a replacement caps? I am on about the following caps that are circled in red:
I noticed this when I went to put my USB stick in to the back!

A resolution owner should be calling me some time today, I will discuss this with him/her and will call Lenovo Warranty later on.

Yes, they were there before.
The Engineer took them with him. I will discuss this with the resolution owner when he/she calls.

So far, all work has been carried out by people everyone would trust. The engineer must have just fogotten to put the caps back.
We will see tomorrow.
