I have some trouble during installation proces ON SCREEN DISPLAY driver. During the installation is showen dialog with information, that system cannot copy file CLEANUP.DLL ... unable to copy into destination. I cannot find any note about this problem in forum.
Please, can you anybody help me?
I know, that I made mistake, because I runned first PATCH. I overlook that it was patch only...
After that I tried install correct driver (downloaded from Lenovo) and problem with cleanup.dll started.

you're not alone. I've got the same message without running this patch first. Unfortunately I dont have any solution either.

In the folder C \ Program Files \ Lenovo, delete the file named "Hotkey".
Be careful, do not delete the folder "HOTKEY" (if any)
Then launch the installer again
It worked for me fine.
En la carpeta C.\Program Files\Lenovo, elimina el archivo llamado "Hotkey".
Cuidado, no elimines la carpeta "HOTKEY" (si existe)
Luego, vuelve a lanzar el instalador
A mí me funcionó perfectamente.

slv-es' solution worked for me on my x61t with Windows 7 64 bit.
The "hotkey" file was in the ,.Program Files\Lenovo directory.
Note: not the ...Program Files (x86)\Lenovo...
