Questions About Ports and Such on T410i

I am looking around my compute rand I see ports that I don't know about. Specifically:

The top left corner on the left side along with the three USB ports. (I hope it's an HDMI)

Very back of the right side behind the 1394 Firewire port.

That thing in the battery compartment that I can't pull out but a piece of carboard came out (I hope this didn't void any warranties).

The pull-out piece of plastic on the right side right above the eSATA port.
