Recommend Windows7 64 bit for T410s?

Just received my T410s as a replacement for my X90s...and I love it.  Currently have Windows7 32 bit installed.   Can anyone highly recommend going to 64 bit?  I have 4GB RAM and use the MS Office 2007 suite for 99% of my work (have 4-5 apps open at the same time with lots of windows).

Yes,

64 bit on anything that will run it and has 4 GB ram.
