Rotate of ultranav touchpad together with screen

Hi, is there any inbuilt method to rotate the touchpad on a T520 together with the display?  Ctrl-Alt-Right Arrow does work for the screen rotation, but not having the touchpad rotate as well is really irritating.

That would not make sense. Up, down, left, right must stay the same regardless of portrait or landscape display.

I think the Lenovo Screen Reading Optimizer MAY do this. I played with it a while ago, and it may or may not have automatically done this for the touchpad. (IIRC, it didn't change the TrackPoint either intentionally or was forgotten at first.)

Try it yourself - change the screen into portrait mode, turn the laptop sideways so that you are viewing the screen correctly and then try to operate the touchpad!

Hi, this didn't work with my third-party software, I suspect there is a driver issue somewhere or maybe both this and the app are trying to control the rotation at the same time.

Is there any way to maybe rotate just the UltraNav by itself then?  I couldn't find anything like this in the UltraNav utility.  It would have be nice to have an option like "Rotate together with screen" which you could just enable.

Can you solve the problem by using a mouse?  Looks like that feature was designed for a swivel display or a tablet.  How does one type with the laptop turned sideways?

It's meant for reading PDFs and stuff, where a portrait orientation would be more useful (but 9:16 is too narrow IMHO). There's no option in the UltraNav software itself, AFAIK.
