Supervisor Password Bios and WakeUp Sleep

I have a problem when configuring the supervisor password and the password together power on the machine does not wake up from sleep state. when removing the supervisor password and just leave the power on password is working properly. and perform many tests even update the bios to the most recent and still the problem.
