T400 AT&T wireless broadband SBB ERICS.F3507GUSA-WIWANCARD

 I just received my T400 which I ordered with SBB ERICS.F3507GUSA-WIWANCARD  installed for using AT&T's 3G wireless broadband.

  How do I confirm this PCI Express Mini Card is installed in my T400?  I've looked under Hardward and don't find anything that looks like it.

  Any help appreciated.

Remove the battery and you should see a SIM card.

I don't have a t400 infront of me so I can't tell you what the device is called.

Yes, AT&T sim card is in there.  Thank you very, very much.

There was a thin film-like sheet underneath the sim card with a blue tab sticking out, sort of inviting me to pull it out.  I tugged a bit and it didn't come out easily, so I didn't force it.  Looks like it might just be for packing and shipping.  Any idea?

-Find the slot for the SIM card inside the open battery compartment.

-Attached to and extending from the slot is a tab printed with a SIM card slot icon.

-Gently pull the tab extending from the SIM card slot until it stops.

-The dummy card comes partway out of the slot.

-Now remove the dummy card, but do not dispose of it.

-Insert the SIM card firmly into the SIM card slot

-Put the battery back in place, turn the computer over again, and reconnect the cables.
