T400 Automatic Reboot

I have a Lenovo T400 laptop and it reboots 2-3 times everday. I have had the laptop for a year and the last time it rebooted the screen kernel_stack_inpage_ error message. The rebooting is frustrating and I sometimes have to redo my documents. Can you please assist?

you might be over heating check your cpu fan vents for good air flow

look in the event log, in the control panel under administrative tools
