T400 problems.

I reformatted my laptop recently and I can't remember what did I do to prevent the laptop to resetting its brightness once in awhile when I am playing games. What happened was that my screen will turn black and when it came back, it became brighter. If there's any video played in the background using any browser, the page will report adobe crash.

On the side note:

-any recommendation drivers to install?

-my laptop have been overheating recently, replaced my fan but it still gets hot overtime. is it my graphic card/motherboard problem?

do you have the T400 with switchable graphics card?

I have but I didn't install the driver. How does it help? i remember installing and it causes BSOD=/

check your system temp with HWinfo32 or 64, to see whether your system is overheating.
