Hi,
My T410 notebook started crashing a few weeks ago. Initially, it was once in a week but for last few days the frequency has been increased to 5 or 6 times a day. My system config is:
Intel Core i5 CPU M 540 @ 2.53 Hz
4.0 GB RAM
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Intel Centrino WiMAX 6250
NVIDIA NVS3100M

I would turn off Wifi and see what gives. Intel is a known offender at producing drivers that do this:

Looks like ZoneAlarm was the source of the issue. I uninstalled ZoneAlram and did not see any further blue screen for 2 days. My research on web indicated that ZoneAlarm has an issue with NetBIOS over TCP/OP on WIndows 7. I disabled NetBIOS over TCP/IP, reinstalled Zone Alram and (knock on the wood) no blue screen in last 3 days.

Try installing a older version of the Nvidia driver. i had this issue with the t510 and i uninstalled the preinstalled driver for the nviida and installed an older version. there is a post regarding this on this lenovo support site go search it up
