T410 HDD problem. Corrupted file system.

The problem is that sometimes I cannot save any file to my HDD. When I'm trying to save a file it replies me with a message that the file system is corrupted. If I wait 10 - 15 minutes the file is being saved without a problem. It happnes very rarely, but my chief is getting mad when it happens and I cannot explain it even to myself.

Could it be a problem with AV software (Norton)? MHDD check shows no problem with the surface. What could it be?

when did this start ? did it happen after installing a program or a system update?

can you do a rollback before it occur?
