T410 / Win 7 64bit : Unable to recognize Seagae Go Flex Pro esata external disk

Hi,

 

It's frustrating. I tested the disk on my dell and it works. Could someone provide some assiatance on the possible issue? Is there a driver I need to install? Thanks.

The eSATA port is not powered You nnne to provide power to the device
