T410 battery won't charge

Recently my new TP410 does not charge its battery even after it fell below 30%.

 

I did everything - battery gauge reset, force it fully charged.

 

The Thinkvantage test says my battery is OK.

 

Does this mean something wrong with my TP410?

 

Any input is appreciated.

try to uninstall and reinstall the power manager software.
