T410i switch of display

Hi there,

I have a T410i with M/T: 2518-P9G which has an issue with the display - e.g broken

My question is, can I order a display from T420, which has higher resolution from mine - 1600x900 ( mine has 1280x800 ) and install it on my laptop and most importantly - will it work fine?

no different LCD format won't physically fit into the T410i screen casing.

T420 uses 16:9 LCD format and T410 uses 16:10.

Porblem solved - found new matrix 16:10 aspcet ratio for 14.1 inch with resolution 1440×900 Fit's like a charm Thanks for the help
