Integrated Webcam on T400 not working / USB Unknown Device

mmh, i dont see the webcam option in the bios, maybe the bios upgrade are the problem???

Check if you have the latest BIOS already. If you do, check following in BIOS.

Security -> I/O Port Access -> Integrated Camera -> Enable.

what i did was disable the whole usb thing in bios.. but well.. the same problem occured again as soon i started doing video calls on windows live... sorry. is there no way that lenovo can help with this issue?

no.. i dont think there's a need to... others before me had tried it on skype too but to the same outcome.

If its not appearing in the BIOS level. I would advice to send your laptop to the service center for them to check.
