T500: Model: 2243-A12: Display Scambles Horizontal Lines since upgrade to Win7

Good Day

I have a T500, model 2243-A12 and have recently upgraded to Win7 32-bit.

I now have a problem with horizontal lines in appications. All the images in an application get horizontal distortion.

I have tried downgrading and upgrading the display drivers to no avail. This error does not only occur in MSN, but other applications too, including games and other web browsers... very annoying. It is not defined to images, but some text too.

I am currently running driver version 8.15.10.2189 dated 2010/07/28 for Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

Anyone have any advice?

do you have 3 gigs ram installed?
