T510 2nd HDD adapter

Hi all,

 

I just installed the adapter 43N3429 with a 1TB Samsung HDD in my notebook. The HDD is a HN-M101MBB and it shows up in the Device Manager of Win7 as a Disk Drive but It is not shown in the Explorer and I cannot access it.

 

Do I need special drivers for the HDD adapter to be recognized properly?

 

Any help is appreciated - cheers.

Just solved it myself and feel like an idiot...

 

I had to partition the disk using win7 disk manager. Now everything is working fine :smileyhappy:
