It appears that this is an issue with the firmware revision that you are running, you will need to remove the CMOS battery to clear the BIOS. After doing that you should be able to boot the system and update the firmware.

1. Removed battery and AC adaptor waited few minutes put it back - same problem
2. Removed CMOS battery. DIMM cards waited for ten minutes replaced - same problem
tried with swapping DIMM cards - when I put only one card on top slot it says put the card on zero "bottom" position. After placing the Mem card on the bottom slot no thing happens. It beeps again and does not boot up.
