Trouble with sleep/hibernate

The following problem occurred with Power Manager 3.29 installed, on both Windows XP and 7.

To reproduce:

1. Put my T400 to sleep/hibernate

2. Wake it up by pressing power button

3. It falls to sleep/hibernate again

4. Repeat step 2, and everything is fine

To sum up, it sleep/hibernate again as it's waken up the first time.

With PM uninstalled, the problem goes. So I think this may relate to the driver. Anyone can help me?

Just installes latest version from Lenovo's website.

3.29 is the latest version

The problem was introduced with 3.25
