Hello, I recently placed an order online. Is there seriously not an option online to cancel your order? I forgot to upgrade to the 1600 x 900 screen resolution. I talked to a previous support person, and they said to just create a new order, and cancel the old one. They gave me a number to contact but I have been on hold for over 2 hours! This is a bit ridiculous imo. Is there an easier way? I work M-F 8AM-5PM EST, and only have 2 hours before you close. Everytime I get put on hold for this amount of time. Could anyone provide support?

I did just that. I finally talked to the right person online, and they said they cancelled it. They also said there was no guarantee that it would be cancelled. Worst case scenario is that they ship it out, and I can return it. Thanks for your advice!
