Upgrade ssd 2nd for T410s

I'm considering buying an SSD Ultrabay to add to your T410s now your hard drive is250GB 5400RPM 1.8-inch HDD, I have a number of issues following questions:
- Does T410s support SSD SATA3 ?
- SSD is attached to Ultrabay speed = how many percent against mounted directly to machine
- If mounted on the SSD to buy a 1.8 inch, and the old drive can be purchased attached to 2.5 inch adapter to Ultrabay?

it won't run the SSD at SATA 6 gb/s speed, it would only run at SATA 3 gb/s.

The ultrabay on the T410s runs at the same speed as the main hdd bay, which is at the 3 gb/s.

Yes you can get a 1.8 to 2.5 inch converter.
