Question

The Vertical scrolling setting (mouse scroll) in Windows gets reset to 1 after using the UltraNav (TouchPad) to scroll the page.

Answer

Upgrade to the latest UltraNav driver.

1. Go to path "C:\DRIVERS\Win\UNAV"
2. Delete or rename the "UNAV" folder
3. Download package from Lenovo Support
4. Install the package which you have downloaded from the Lenovo Support page to Install.

This issue has been fixed from15.2.19.0 UltraNav driver onwards.
