Vista SP1 - Any issues

Has anyone done the update to SP1. First of all, should I do it, I really don't like Microsoft lately, very buggy stuff.

I had an issue about a month ago applying an update to Vista with my desktop. I stopped short of applying SP1 to my Dell Desktop. I'd like to hear from the Lenovo comminity on this, I dont want to screw up my T61.

I've upgraded two desktops and my T400 came with SP1.   I've had no problems and in fact it has resolved several problems.   The consensus is that SP1 is what Vista should have been when it was released.
T400 - 7417CTO, T9400, GMA 4500MHD, Vista Ultimate. 14.1 WXGA+ w/ LED Backlight, 2 GB DDR3, 160 GB Hard Disk 7200rpm, CD-RW/DVD-ROM, 4 cell Battery, 7-1 Media Card Reader. Intel WiFi 5100(AGN)

No issues on our desktop and laptop running home premium and ultimate.
