how to set up T500 with ATI Mobility Radeon 3650 to use PIVOT??

I have a new Planar monitor that can pivot for reading long documents.

How do I make this work with the ATI card??
The not-so-great Lenovo drivers don't install Hydravision.

Can I use the newer ATI 9.x drivers for Vista and Win7 on a T500 or *must* I use the Lenovo drivers??
