That file is part of the Intel graphics driver. If you aren't using the most recent one which Lenovo released I would try installing it. You may also have to experiment with different releases to find one which works well. These drivers seem to be a little bit of a mixed bag with no one working perfectly on every system. The driver is also more likely to fail when the system has unmatched memory installed (like mine with 3gb). My option was actually just to set the system to run on the ATI drivers all the time and use the latest drivers from ATI.

Hi there,
I am getting this same exact error. What could be causing it? I have all the latest drivers from "Software Update". Also, you mentioned that you "actually just to set the system to run on the ATI drivers all the time and use the latest drivers from ATI."
How do you run on only the ATI drivers? I must admit, I cannot for the life of me figure out WHY there are both ATI and Intel drivers here. I thought the ATI drivers would be the only one used, but sure enough, when I uninstalled the Intel drivers, the video failed completely... I don't understand at all...

I have a W520. I had the same errors whenever I reboot or change status like unplugging and plugging back in. It was the DisplayLink drivers that had been updated. I use a ThinkVision LT1421 Travel Monitor and I had to revert to version 6.2 from April. All is working well now. Lenovo uses the same technology for the port replicators as well. Hope this helps somebody.

I get the same popup message whenevermy T410s decides to show it.
It shows especially when I start to playback the video.
It is very ennoying indeed.
