t403s display IPS?

is the HD+ display (1600x900) in the t430 and IPS display? if not it must be the same type of display in the x1 carbon?

'afternoon.

AFAIK, the only IPS screens in the current Lenovo line-up were / are offered as options in the X220/T / X230/T systems, respectively.

hth to clarify.

It's not IPS. According to reviews, the screen on the X1C is better quality (brighter, wider viewing angle) than what ships on the T430 series, but it too isn't IPS.
