thinkpad t420 sleeve case 14w or 15w?

Hi, I made a purchase for a thinkpad t420i and for the sleeve case there are 2 options for me to choose from: 1. thinkpad sleeve case 14w 2. thinkpad sleeve case 15w I ordered my t420i with 6cell battery. Would 14w fit well? Thanks Stephen

The 14" sleeve should be just fine, I got the 15" one with my T510 and it fits it perfect with the 9-cell battery. Keep that in mind since there will probably be extra space in the back of the sleeve.

I ordered my T420 (9-cell) with the 14" sleeve. I'll let you know how it fits when it arrives.

 

Edit: Ship date of my T420 has been changed from June 17 to July 6. Its going to be a long wait.

I picked up a bag and sleeve set via ebay.  I think it's the 15" sleeve and it's a bit baggy on the T420 with the 9 cell.  It fits but with a lot of room to spare. 

 

I'm curious to hear how the 14W fits the T420 with a 9 cell battery.
