Advanced Mini Dock - T61 Power Scheme - Hibernate / No Hibernate

Newbie needs a little help.

 

I just got an advanced mini dock (model #250310U)  for my T61. I have set up a power scheme in Presentation Director so that I can run my external VGA monitor with the notebook lid closed when I am docked. I DO NOT want the notebook to hibernate when docked when I close the lid and I DO want the notebook to hibernate when UNDOCKED when I close the lid. How can I set this up so this change in hibernation mode changes automatically when I dock and undock? I am sure this is possible, so I must be missing something somewhere.
