BIOS update on T42p problem [ Edited ]

Hi,

I'm trying to update the BIOS on my T42p (current version is 3.13) to 3.23 , I ran update utility, but nothing happens after laptop restarted. I'm following the luxury watches update procedure, but looks like somehow procedure doen't work.

Does somebody met this problem?

I believe you're using the installation steps as indicated in this link >>

was there any error at all or did it run smoothly ?

Verify that the BIOS update by end-users is enabled in BIOS settings, and that no passwords are present.
