Bios Update crashed

Yesterday night i was updating my laptop's bios(lenovo t60-2007-wuj).when 17 blocks were read by the flashing software from the lenovo drivers site .the blue screen error  occured and the whole system crashed, i didnt know what to do,so i turned it off.later after 15 minutes,i turned it but it didnt start.only the battery and some design light(the circle with a 'z' sign) turns on.

hum you would need a new motherboard.

Time for anew bios chip. On the thinkpad, I think that is a motherboard swap.

if i have a warranty will they replace the motherboard for free or do i have to pay

if you have warranty, then it is covered under warranty.
