Can't find Rescue and Recovery program

Hello, all. I have t61 with Windows XP. Please help me to find Rescue and Recovery program. It's absent in path start->all programs->thinkvantage. Is there any other variants to backup data from hard drive?

Have you already performed a system restore?
T61p 6460-D8G, Vista (downgrade to XP soon...), T9300, Quadro FX570M, 15,4' WUXGA...

No, i didn't restore system any time. It's a pre-intalled os.
