Cannot connect to my home wireless on my T61 Laptop

I have a Thinkpad TSeries T61 laptop model 6579-A71, and I cannot connect to my home wireless network, getting error " dhcp server on this network failed to respond to the request your system made for automatic ip address configuration error code 031..".. cause.. DHCP Server not responding

 

. all my other laptops on my home wireless network are fine, I can see my network when I go to the Thinkvantage Access connections.. HELP
