Windows 7 Ultimate X64
I have 4 unknown devices, and installed everything that makes sense from support site:

Use ThinkPad System Update or google for "VEN_1180&DEV_0592" and others...

And google also is no help at all, nothing that I can use to solve the issue...
some chinese site only but I do not understand what they are saying...

OK
found out that the first 2 are probably
Ricoh 4-1 Card reader
and second 2 Intel AMT
but no drivers for Win7 x64 found so far...

The 2 Base System Devices are almost certainly the 4-in-1 reader as you suspect as I always have 2 also in device manager when performing a clean install of Win7 x86. Pointing the update driver wizard in the direction of the folder containing the 4-in-1 drivers solves this. Not sure about the other 2 though, obviously x64 specific.
Hope you manage to solve it soon.

Hi Heechee,
For Base System Device, install this:- Download Ricoh Multi Card Reader - 7kss55ww.zip [Win 7 driver]
For PCI Serial Port and Simple Communication install following:-
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/documen
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-73
Be sure to run the setup after unpacking the driver.
Hope it helps.

ThinkPads:- T400[Win 7], T60[Win 7], IBM 240[Win XP]
IdeaPad: U350
Apple:- Macbook Air [Snow Leopard]03-03-2010 06:28 PM
Hi there,
For T61 with Intel AMT enabled, the usual suspects are:
Ricoh 4in1 multi reader
Intel Serial over LAN (SOL)
Intel AMT ME ( AMT Management Engine )
AMtel TPM driver
Cheers
