Thanks Cleo, I really appreciate that.
I actually ended up calling yet again and managed to arrange a date for the engineer to come out next week. Hopefully that end of things should soon be sorted.
Forgot to ask about extending the warranty when i was on the phone though so i'll need to give them another call later.
