Fingerprint Reader does not work in Window 7

Hi,

The fingerprint reader on my t61p running Win7 Ultimate does not working.

When i try to enroll a fingerpprint it runs fingerprint software 5.9.3 and says cannot enroll user, cannot find finger print device.

the fingerprint device is working properly on winxp but fails when i upgraded to win7.

i have installed Fingerprint Software 5.9.3 for win7 32 fprx32_593_6581ww.msi from the ibm download driver page but still it wont work.

Hello,

If you run the Biometric Devices applet from the Control Panel, does it identify that a fingerprint reader is installed?
