Lenovo cd-rw/dvd rom driver hosed

The driver details say this:

IDE\CDROMHL-DT-ST_RW/DVD_GCC-4247N_______________1.02____\5&1609414&0&0.0.0

Is there some way i can get a new driver and install it?

 

I've looked for quite some time and cannot find anything on this.
