Missing driver in Device Manager

I have just formatted and re-install windows XP. I was able to get most required drivers install, however, checking device manager, i see one that is unidentified. It is " Other Device" - "network controller". What is this missing driver, I believe i have installed lan driver..What am i missing, or what do i need to resolve this. The pc works fine with out it, able to connect to internet fine.

Welcome to the forum!

I believe that it's the wireless card that your missing.

Could you please post the 7-character model number found on the sticker on the bottom of your ThinkPad?
