New HD installed on T30 have OS but no application programs...

Hello. I just installed a new hd on my T30 which came with the winxp pro os but no application software.I do have a recovery disk for the another system and was wondering if there is a way to identify the ms office application files on it to load up on to my T30? How do i identify the application files on recovery software ie. ms word, excel, powerpoint etc.?
