Does your T61 start up and shut down properly when you have it plugged into the wall via the AC adapter (but NOT the dock)?

I don't think that PC Doctor will test the dock directly.
But, could you please try booting the PC Doctor CD again, this time with your T61 NOT in the dock. And see if the GPU test passes then. I expect it will pass when you're not docked.
It's really looking like there's a problem with your dock. Or maybe the docking connector on either or both your T61 and your dock. You might try blowing any dust out of both connectors and inspecting them (magnifying glass?) to see if they appear ok.

I checked and I think that its a problem with the dock, because 2 USB ports are not working, and about the Nvidia GPU test failed, I read something that most of the nvidia cards for laptop has that problem,
So I need to call to the support and guarantees?
I dont know also If they can check my Advanced Mini Dock

If your dock is under warranty, definitely call for service. In this case Lenovo will probably just exchange it for a working one.
If it is out of warranty, your least expensive option may be to buy a used dock rather than repair yours. Lenovo Outlet sometimes has the docks for about $70. I bought a "scratch and dent" one that looks brand new. Of course you can also check eBay.
