Rescue & Recovery back up

Just wondering if I can use the back up to an external USB drive I did with Rescue and Recovery for my T61 6460 D6G machine for installing to another Lenovo computer with the same OS (Windows 7)

 

In fact I'm interested in re-installing the software without having to look for the set up CDs and licence keys.

 

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
