T30: can't enable Standby and Hibernation

I have installed a fresh copy of WinXP SP2 and most essential drivers (including all power-related drivers I could find from IBM for T30).

Windows reports that neither Standby nor Hibernate are supported by the system. How can I enable them?

I do have WinXP on T30 but Standby and Hibernation are working...

Did u check the Control Panel power options?

All I needed was to install Lenovo drivers for video card by System Update application.
