T41 Right Hinge cracked! Part #?

I have a T41 (unsure of model) and want to buy a hinge to replace the cracked part. I am unsure of the part # tho? Where can I find this info? Does it depend on the model?

t41user, welcome to the forum,

you can see here how to find your type and model number and see exactly which T40 you have. You can then you can choose between 14.1inch LCD service parts and 15inch LCD service parts to find out which part numbers you need to order.

Or, put alittle easier, if you have a 14" system you need FRU 91P8388, for a 15" system you need 13R2918. Instructions on how to replace them can be found in the Hardware Maintainance Manual.
