  I have the above TP to refurb. I knew BIOS was locked. Cleared POP password however there must be a SVP yet. 

  Any info greatly appreciated.

Removing the CMOS battery wont remove the SVP. It will only activate them. Also there is no switch to clear password on the planar.

Yes you can use the T4x hdd in the T2x. As they are physically the same.

PS asking about password override procedure is not permitted on Lenovo forum. Thanks for understanding.
