T42 with a loose hinge Please tell how to tighten

My T42p has a wobbly hinge (right and left) holding the screen. It runs fine but if I do not get this tightened it may not for long. Please tell me what screws and instructions for what I need to do to get to the loose hinges tightened.

Wobbly hinges can't be tightened, they have to be replaced.
