T43- any resources that match a model's number with its screen resolution?

Hello!

I have a T43 2668-89U and need to get a replacement unit. I have discovered that not all 15" units have the native resolution that I desire, which is 1400x1050.

I have been looking on eBay, and many units for sale do not have either a hard drive or an OS, so the seller doesn't know what the screen's resolution is. Are there any resources that inform what a particular unit's native resolution is matched to its type/ serial number?

Welcome to the forum!

All you need is the 7-character model number, and this page:

http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/

Enter the number in the "Quick Path" search, and you're all set.
