T43 supervisor password standard length

Question

I have a T43 and want to setup a supervisor password in BIOS for safety reason. May i know what is the maximum length of digits by standard for the supervisor password?

Answer

On T43, the supervisor password can be up to 7 characters long, unless you enable passphrase mode, in which case it can be up to 64 characters long.
