Hi there

I'm the next person who needs help!

This time I'm experiencing all the problems of the previous posts except I definately have the module installed cos I replaced the one that was there thinking it was broken.

Updated all the drivers

The difference with mine is that Bluetooth is not in the Security/ I/O menu in the BIOS

I've got the latest (April 2011) BIOS version installed.

Hello craig, em facing the same problem. when i installed my bluetooth drivers it first configure device but at the end it says device is unplugged and not found. this problem is appearing in window 7 when i was using xp i had not have this problem. . ! could any one help me out. . !

hello i have the same problem as craig says, i follow your direction my bluetooth device is enabled in bios but when i clicked on the bluetooth setub to install setub says "preparing to install" but after this it says "no bluetooth device was detected.please make sure that you bluetooth device is plugged in properly in order to contiue installation" but my device is already enabled and plugged in. why it doesn't continue to install? please help

Have same problem System isT61P  6460-67U and Windows 7 Ultimate is installed.  Hotkey drivers installed.  Reboot.  Fn + F5 shows ONLY the WIFI radio and not the bluetooth.  Installing bluetooth drivers shows device not installed.

What do I do to recognize the bluetooth adapter?  Not found in Device Manager either.

Bluetooth was disabled in BIOS.   Enabled it and it loaded the drivers.
